Refund and Cancellation Policy for AMJ Weight Loss

Introduction
At AMJ Weight Loss, we are committed to providing our patients with exceptional care and quality treatment options tailored to their weight management needs. This policy outlines the terms regarding the cancellation of services and the refund policy concerning payments made for medications dispensed by AMJ Weight Loss
  • All patients are required to complete payment prior to the dispensation of any medication. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment instructions provided at the time of purchase. AMJ Weight Loss accepts various forms of payment, which may include credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
  • All payments are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee, as charged by our payment processor.
All payments made to AMJ Weight Loss are final. Once a patient has paid for their medication, there will be no refunds available. This policy is in place due to the nature of the medications provided, which are prescribed and dispensed specifically for the patient’s personal use and cannot be returned or reused once dispensed.
 
  • Cancellation of Services: Patients may cancel their services with AMJ Weight Loss at any time. However, please be advised that if a payment has already been made for medication that has been dispensed, this payment is non-refundable.
  • No-Shows and Missed Appointments: Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification may be subject to a missed appointment fee as detailed in our service agreement. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to reschedule your appointment. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that rescheduling does not alter our refund policy on medications that have already been paid for and dispensed.
The only exception to this policy is in the event that AMJ Weight Loss, due to unforeseen circumstances or internal errors, is unable to provide the medication for which the patient has paid. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
