General Information

What are GLP-1 medications

These are medications used to manage type 2 diabetes and obesity. It mimics the GLP-1 hormone, increasing insulin secretion, decreasing glucagon secretion, and delaying gastric emptying, which help to regulate blood sugar levels and appetite.

We are a telehealth weight loss clinic that provides virtual medical consultations and prescriptions for GLP-1 medications, Phentermine, Contrave and other weight loss drugs. Patients can receive medical advice, monitoring, and prescriptions from the comfort of their homes. We also offer pharmacist recommended supplements to support your healthy lifestyle.

Pharmacy Questions

Where will my prescriptions be filled?

We are contracted with 503A compounding pharmacies that compound patient-specific medications pursuant to a prescription. Our compounding pharmacies are regulated by the state board of pharmacy which ensures that they are following USP General Chapter <797>: This is a set of guidelines for sterile compounding preparations. This type of compounding utilizes an aseptic technique, which happens in an environment where there are absolutely no bacteria, viruses, or other foreign microorganisms. The professionals who compound this way must wear sterile gloves, gowns, and masks, use sterile equipment, and must minimize the number of people in the environment. Products that are administered intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM) are created in a sterile environment.

Yes, but the prices will vary and will be discussed at your appointment with your provider

Your medication will be mailed directly from the pharmacy to your address on file.

Our compounding pharmacies ask for 3-7 business days to process and ship your medication. Tracking information will be sent to your number on file once it gets ready to ship.

Semaglutide/tirzepatide can interact with certain medications. It’s important to inform your telehealth provider of all medications so they can properly assess any drug interactions.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take two doses at once. Consult your provider for specific instructions.

It’s not advisable to stop taking semaglutide/ tirzepatide without consulting your provider, as this may reduce or stop the efficacy of the medication.
